Job summary

Paxus in Adelaide, SA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support technology and business initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement. This role also supports Technology Infrastructure projects.

The candidate should have proven Business Analyst experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with BABOK knowledge being advantageous and

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of BABOK is advantageous.
• Experience in Technology Infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Industry experience across Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction or Electrical environments will be highly regarded.
• Comfortable with occasional travel to the Olympic Dam site.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyse and map current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop tactical plans to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex business requirements.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication throughout projects.
• Ensure requirements and processes are clearly documented.
