JB Hi‑Fi is seeking a Retail Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service across our store and help merchandise products on the sales floor. You will support stock delivery, assist customers, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
• Customer focus and result driven.
• Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsabilités

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
• Contributing to the JB Hi‑Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
