Job summary

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a Retail Team Member to support customers and strengthen the store experience. You will help in various areas from front-of-house to back-of-house and contribute to a high-performing team.

You’ll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and work across merchandising, stock intake, and daily operations to keep the store running smoothly. This role offers opportunities for development within JB Hi-Fi Group.

Job Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:

• Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
