Job summary

JB Hi-Fi invites applications for a Retail Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will help across customer facing and back-of-house tasks, assist with merchandising, and ensure stock flow aligns with store receiving processes.

We value a passion for tech and entertainment, a customer-focused mindset, and clear communication with diverse customers. Hybrid working is available for eligible roles.

Job Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:

• Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
