Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with a strong foundation in financial governance, accounting principles and control frameworks.
• Extensive finance leadership experience within Technology or Digital environments.
• Experience managing both opex and capex and developing capex capitalisation principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology and Digital leadership to deliver financial performance across planning, forecasting, month-end reporting and strategic decision making.
• Manage all financial aspects of the Technology and Digital portfolios, including opex, capex, investment governance and performance reporting.
• Provide financial leadership and commercial guidance to Technology leaders, balancing risk, value and strategic objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities with robust financial management across Technology functions and initiatives.
• Maintain governance and financial controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support prioritisation, investment decisions and financial outcomes.
• Influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively, facilitating discussions on funding and accountability.
• Build strong relationships across Technology and Finance functions to drive alignment and effective decision making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, governance and reporting outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop a Finance Analyst, fostering accountability and high performance.
