Harmony Agriculture & Food Company seeks an Assistant Manager to lead and develop the Murrindindi Wagyu aggregation, bridging day-to-day paddock operations with overarching production goals.

You will oversee elite breeders, calves, and stock, coordinate breeding programs, and drive the use of modern ag-tech platforms to gain accurate operational insights. A hands-on, safety-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in livestock management and staff leadership.
• Willingness to adopt new agricultural technologies and monitoring systems.
• Ability to work across farm operations with a proactive, safety-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily oversight of elite Wagyu breeders and stock.
• Coordinate livestock mustering, yard work, treatments, and breeding programs (AI/ET).
• Drive adoption of ag-tech platforms to build operational insights.
• Maintain and upgrade farm infrastructure and fencing networks.
• Safely operate farm machinery and vehicles across aggregation properties.
• Support pasture improvement and weed control.
• Foster a positive, safety-focused team environment.
