Job summary

ASIC's Enterprise Services is seeking a Procurement & Category Manager - Technology & Digital (EL1) to lead ICT, infrastructure and technology category strategies across the portfolio. You will partner with business stakeholders to develop category strategies, manage complex procurements, strengthen supplier relationships and advance contract management maturity.

You will lead a team and uplift procurement capability across ASIC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Commonwealth Government procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPRs, PGPA Act and government frameworks.
• Experience delivering complex, strategic procurements.
• Experience ICT procurement and IT infrastructure procurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICT, infrastructure and technology category strategies.
• Manage demand planning, sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Provide strategic procurement and commercial advice across the lifecycle.
• Develop category roadmaps using market intelligence and analytics.
• Establish SRM frameworks and governance mechanisms.
• Support contract owners with management planning and renewals.
• Drive supplier optimisation, innovation, sustainability and diversity outcomes.
• Provide probity, governance and risk management advice.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
