Job summary

ASIC is seeking a Procurement & Category Manager - Technology & Digital (EL1) to lead the strategic management of Technology & Digital categories within the portfolio. You will partner with business stakeholders to develop category strategies, manage complex procurements and strengthen supplier relationships.

You will also lead a team, drive SRM governance, and deliver value-for-money procurement outcomes in a Commonwealth government environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Commonwealth Government procurement experience.
• Strong understanding of the CPRs, PGPA Act and government procurement frameworks.
• Experience delivering complex and strategic procurements within the Commonwealth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICT, infrastructure and technology-related category strategies and SRM.
• Deliver high-value ICT procurements while ensuring CPR compliance and governance.
• Provide strategic procurement advice across the full lifecycle.
• Develop category roadmaps from market intelligence and analytics.
• Lead a high-performing team and uplift procurement capability.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage commercial risk and renewals.
