KPMG Australia invites graduates to join a one-year grow pathway starting February 2027, with targeted coaching, support, and development. You will undertake real client work from the start across climate, ESG, governance and human rights projects, across multiple sectors.

The program is designed for final-year students or recent graduates who want to apply their degree to practical client engagements while building analytical and advisory skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Final year student in 2026 or recent graduate.
• Opportunities to work with real clients from day one.
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse environmental or sustainability data to identify risks, opportunities or performance insights.
• Support climate-related risk assessments or transition planning.
• Contribute to social impact reviews or stakeholder engagement.
• Assist with human rights or safeguarding assessments.
• Help develop or implement sustainability or ESG strategies.
• Review governance frameworks and reporting processes.
