Avant Mutual Group in Sydney/Melbourne, hybrid work, is seeking a Senior Manager Technology Continuity & Resilience to lead the strategy, governance, delivery and continuous improvement of our Technology Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Technology Disaster Recovery and Resilience leadership.
Strong knowledge of APRA CPS 230 in a regulated environment.
Proven ability to design and execute disaster recovery testing in multi-cloud environments.
Experience managing technology recovery during significant incidents and outages.
Strong stakeholder engagement with executives, auditors and regulators.
Strategic mindset with ability to lead a small team and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve enterprise Technology Disaster Recovery and Continuity frameworks.
Lead disaster recovery strategy, architecture, planning and testing.
Drive CPS 230 compliance and resilience governance.
Lead business impact analysis and define recovery objectives.
Oversee resilience, continuity and operational risk across Platform Operations.
Manage third-party and cloud provider resilience obligations.
Prepare executive, Board and regulatory reporting on resilience.
Act as Technology DR lead during major incidents and cyber events.
