Job summary

PwC Australia seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to lead technology advisory within Deals, Strategy & Operations. You will guide IT separation, integration, and transformation projects across M&A and divestments, ensuring value creation and minimal disruption for clients.

You will design IT strategies from Day 1 through Day 100, manage transition activities, and support business development while communicating insights with Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology projects in M&A, carve-outs, divestments, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of applications, infrastructure, networking, security, and IT operating models.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in fast-paced deal environments.
• Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, and technology modernisation.
• Experience in roles such as Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Technology Leader, Technology Consultant, or IT Risk / Audit Specialist.
