Job Description

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Wollert, VIC 3750 Dedicated space

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant programme, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing the service.
  • Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community.
  • Provide creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
  • Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
  • Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
  • Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

  • You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains enthusiastic.
  • Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

  • Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
