Job Description TeamKids has permanent part-time opportunities for Director of Service within the VIC Bayside area.
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: BSC: 7am-9am, ASC: 2.15pm-6pm, Admin hours in between.

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
The Successful Candidate: You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart! Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN! Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
