Grill’d in South Melbourne is hiring energetic Team Members to bring great vibes to our busy restaurant. No experience? No worries—we’ll train you up, with above-award hourly rates and a nationwide traineeship path in hospitality.

You’ll cover a mix of weekday, weeknights, and weekend shifts, learn RSA, earn credits toward your ATAR or certificates, and enjoy free burgers on shift plus staff discounts. Our culture is friendly, growth‑oriented and community‑focused.
