Grill'd in South Geelong is hiring energetic Team Members to join the burger team. No experience is required; you’ll receive training, certificates via a nationally accredited traineeship, and start earning good hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly service role with on-the-job training.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Flip patties and cook to order with quality and speed.
• Chat with guests, take orders and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare signature chips and other menu items.
• Keep grill area clean, safe and well organized.
• Provide friendly, fast service and contribute to a positive vibe.
