Job summary

Roll'd Vietnamese on the Gold Coast is seeking a team member to welcome customers, take orders, and ensure a great experience. You’ll help prepare fresh Vietnamese rolls and bowls, maintain a clean dining and service area, and manage payments at the POS.

A friendly, energetic team environment awaits, with busy periods handled with teamwork and efficiency. Ideal candidates have prior hospitality experience, be reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while delivering top-notch

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience handling cash and payments is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.

As a team member at Roll'd you will:

Help our customers feel welcome, take orders, and make sure they’re having a great time while they’re with us.

Get hands-on with making fresh, tasty Vietnamese rolls and bowls – we’ve got the recipes, you bring the energy.

Keep the place looking clean and on-point – whether it's the kitchen, the counters, or the dining area.

Handle the cash register, process payments, and keep everything smooth when it comes to transactions.

Work with a fun, chill team to keep everything running smoothly and deliver top-notch service, even when it gets busy!
