Ampol is looking for a Retail Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service and keep our stores welcoming and well-presented in Heathcote, VIC. You’ll greet customers, help them find products, prepare fresh food and coffee, and manage checkout duties with accuracy and care.

You’ll also restock shelves, receive deliveries, maintain displays, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across the shop floor, food areas, bathrooms and forecourt.

What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Team Member, you'll be at the heart of creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store that keeps our customers coming back. No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be helping a customer find exactly what they need and the next you'll be ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, coffee is flowing and the store looks its best.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the entire site running smoothly by:
