Job summary

Grill’d Eatons Hill is hiring energetic Team Members to bring the good times to our Eatons Hill restaurant. You’ll flip patties, chat with guests, and make our signature chips sparkle with seasoning as part of a team that works hard, has fun, and makes a real community impact.

We offer new epic hourly rates, nationally accredited traineeship with Cert II/III in Hospitality, and Free RSA training so you’re job-ready.

What We’re Looking For

As part of the process, you’ll complete a quick online assessment – it’s a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you’re done, you’ll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
