Job summary

Ampol, one of Australia’s leading convenience retailers, seeks a Retail Team Member to help create a welcoming store for customers. You’ll serve customers with a smile, assist with product finds, and ensure coffee and fresh foods are ready while maintaining a smooth checkout process.

You’ll also be responsible for restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, keeping displays appealing, and upholding high safety and cleanliness standards across the site, from shop floor to forecourt.

Responsibilities

• Make every customer stop a great one by serving customers with a smile, helping them find what they need, preparing fresh food and coffee and keeping things moving at the checkout.
• Keep the store looking its best by restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, maintaining displays and ensuring customers can easily find what they're after.
• Create a clean, safe and welcoming environment by maintaining high standards across the entire site, from the shop floor and food areas to the bathrooms and forecourt.
• Keep the store running smoothly by following safety procedures, handling transactions accurately and taking ownership of day-to-day store operations.

What You'll Do:

As a Retail Team Member, you'll be at the heart of creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store that keeps our customers coming back. No two shifts are the same.
