Ampol in Melbourne is looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome customers, help them find what they need, and keep the store looking its best. You’ll serve at the checkout, restock shelves, prepare fresh food and coffee, and ensure a clean, safe environment across the shop floor, food area, bathrooms and forecourt.

You'll work as part of one of Australia’s largest retail networks, receive day-one training and ongoing support, and have opportunities to develop your customer-service, teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Restocking shelves and maintaining displays so customers can easily find items.
• Keeping the store clean, safe and welcoming across the shop floor, food areas, bathrooms and forecourt.

What You'll Do:

As a Retail Team Member, you'll be at the heart of creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store that keeps our customers coming back. No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be helping a customer find exactly what they need and the next you'll be ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, coffee is flowing and the store looks its best.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the entire site running smoothly by:

• Making every customer stop a great one by serving customers with a smile, helping them find what they need, preparing fresh food and coffee and keeping things moving at the checkout.
  
• Keeping the store looking its best by restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, maintaining displays and ensuring customers can easily find what they're after.
  
• Creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment by maintaining high standards across the entire site, from the shop floor and food areas to the bathrooms and forecourt.
  
• Keeping the store running smoothly by, following safety procedures, handlingtransactions accurately and taking ownership of day-day store operations.
