Job summary

Grill'd Bondi Junction is seeking energetic Team Members to join our burger-driven team. You’ll flip patties, chat with guests, and help our signature chips sparkle while you learn in a fun, community-minded environment.

We offer new epic hourly rates above award, paid training toward a Cert II/III in Hospitality, RSA coverage, and perks like free burgers on shift and staff discounts. Flexible rosters fit around study and life, with growth support from our managers.

Responsibilities

• Flip burgers and prepare ingredients.
• Engage with customers and take orders.
• Ensure chips and dishes look and feel right with fresh seasoning.
• Provide friendly, fast service and maintain a clean workspace.
