  • Identify capability gaps and support training, professional development, and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
  • Support career development discussions and follow up on development plans.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration across business lines and regions.
  • Contribute to sector strategy, pipeline planning, and future resource forecasting.
Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
  • CPEng and RPEQ accreditation (or the ability to obtain them).
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software such as TUFLOW, RORB, HEC-RAS, DRAINS, 12d, XP-STORM, MUSIC, MIKE Flood, and GIS platforms.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Rainfall and Runoff (ARR), Queensland Urban Drainage Manual (QUDM), TMR Drainage Manual requirements, and relevant Australian Standards and industry guidelines.
