Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for our Proactive Services across stores in Tasmania. You’ll lead a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, driving service levels and a safe, pristine shopping environment.

You’ll roster and develop your team, partner with Store Leadership to prioritise tasks, manage attendance and budgeted consumables, and contribute directly to daily operations on the shop floor and in carparks.

Qualifications

• Ambitious mindset with love for retail and people.
• Willingness to work across early mornings, days, late nights and weekends.
• Able to work on shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks.
• Must have a valid full Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team in cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create rosters to cover daily tasks and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to identify challenges and priorities.
• Complete time and attendance for team members and track hours.
• Order consumables and manage stock within budget.
• Provide hands-on support with cleaning, trolley collection and waste management.
