We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Manager with licenses and security clearance to join our Defence logistics and warehousing team. This role is responsible for leading warehouse operations, inventory control, freight handling, and the safe movement of Defence-related equipment and materials. This role requires candidates to be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain the relevant Australian Government security clearance. Based at HMAS Penguin, located in Mossman, NSW, the successful candidate will work in a team first, safety focused environment, where accuracy, accountability, reliability and teamwork are essential. Duties will include use of WMS, MHE, inventory management, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and distribution of Defence equipment, supplies, and materials. The team Manager ensures that all tasks are performed in compliance with Toll Government & Defence contractual requirements, Defence regulations, safety protocols, and operational standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
