Lush Green is seeking a Team Leader for Parks & Gardens Maintenance in the Caboolture region, starting in a casual role with potential to go full-time. You will manage a small crew, schedule tasks, ensure safety, and report progress to the Area Manager while using a digital platform for reporting.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Horticulture or Landscape Maintenance (or strong industry experience).
• Proven experience leading a team in outdoor maintenance.
• White Card and ACDC (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Excellent communication and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a crew delivering parks and gardens maintenance.
• Manage and complete scheduled landscape tasks (mowing, pruning, hedging, weeding, fertilising).
• Run daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ensure SWMS and JSAs are completed.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles in safe working order.
• Communicate regularly with the Area Manager and clients.
• Use our digital platform to complete job reports and safety documentation.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Parks & Gardens Maintenance division in Burpengary, overseeing works across the Caboolture area. This position is starting in a casual role and will lead to full-time for the right candidate, hands-on role leading a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality outdoor maintenance services.

You will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for scheduling, safety, reporting, and team development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support a crew delivering parks and gardens maintenance services.
