Job summary

Centurion in Darwin is seeking an experienced Team Leader - OSR to oversee the day-to-day receipting operations at off-site locations. You will lead and support a team of operators, ensuring accurate receiving, documentation and processing of freight while maintaining KPIs and safety standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strong logistics background, a valid Australian forklift licence, and familiarity with SAP or handheld scanning tools.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in warehousing, transport, or logistics.
• Valid Australian forklift licence with practical operating experience.
• Strong understanding of logistics and transport operations; SAP experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day receipting operations at off-site locations.
• Ensure incoming freight is accurately received, documented, and processed.
• Lead, train, and support a team of operators.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and WHS requirements.
• Act as first point of contact for escalations and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse personnel and transport planners.
• Ensure freight is labelled, barcoded and updated in logistics systems.
