Job summary

LiveBig is a specialist allied health organisation providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability, including those on an NDIS plan. We operate across four states and nationally via telehealth, with a hybrid working model in Melbourne.

The role offers full-time permanent employment based in Melbourne (Geelong considered) with flexible from-home options to manage reporting and administration while supporting a caseload in the community.

Qualifications

• Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline.
• Minimum of Proficient registration with the NDIS commission.
• 2/3+ years experience in Positive Behaviour Support (as a minimum).
• Ideally experience working in a community services setting.
• A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home.
• A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders & truly inspiring them to be great.
• Excellent time management skills and organisational skills.
• Driver's license and use of your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of consultants, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation.
• Manage a diverse clinical caseload in community settings to deliver high quality clinical support.
