Job description

This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits. Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
About You
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
