Job summary

Calvary Kelaston in Wendouree, VIC is seeking a Team Leader to support the Clinical Care Coordinator and RN, coordinating resident care and supervising shifts. The role opens to Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and offers casual shifts with a flexible roster.

You will oversee social and emotional support, medication management, nutrition and hydration, and lead the care on your shift, ensuring residents receive holistic, respectful care within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Enrolled Nursing with AHPRA registration to administer medication.
• Strong commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Effective listener and able to communicate at all levels in writing and speech.
• Strong information technology skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Current National police check.
• Working knowledge of WH&S and infection control.
• Desire to join a mission-based organisation.

Responsibilities

About the role

The Team Leader plays an integral role in the provision of high-quality care to our residents at all times. The Team Leader supports the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care to the residents across the home whilst actively ensuring the individual needs, wishes and goals of each resident is met within an environment where they feel supported, valued and treated with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide social and emotional support to all residents ensuring that care provision is holistic and person centred.
