Calvary Kelaston in Wendouree, VIC is seeking a Team Leader to support the Clinical Care Coordinator and RN, coordinating resident care and supervising shifts. The role opens to Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and offers casual shifts with a flexible roster.

About the role
The Team Leader plays an integral role in the provision of high-quality care to our residents at all times. The Team Leader supports the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care to the residents across the home whilst actively ensuring the individual needs, wishes and goals of each resident is met within an environment where they feel supported, valued and treated with dignity and respect.
