• Proficient with MS Office; scripting/macros a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to achieve safety, operations, people, customer service and financial targets.
• Provide strong leadership, coaching and mentorship to cultivate a customer-first culture.
• Ensure housekeeping and safe work practices are followed.
• Focus on continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Coordinate labour to ensure stock receipt is efficient and timely for production.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
