Your Role

As a Storeperson (Team Leader) on our luxury goods customer contract at Erskine Park NSW, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
  • Coach, support and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety
What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidates have experience in warehouse operations, including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team / colleagues, as well as:

  • Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
  • Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy
  • Bonus: LO and/or LF licences

In addition to providing proof of work rights and professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
