Kids First Australia is seeking an experienced leader to head a multi-agency team within The Orange Door, delivering safe, coordinated responses to family violence and child wellbeing concerns. You will guide day-to-day service delivery, supervise staff, coordinate rosters and resources, and work with partner agencies to prioritise child safety and survivor protection.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in child and family welfare.
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams to targets.
• Extensive experience with children and families with complex needs.
• Strong assessment skills and trauma-informed practice.
• Ability to build partnerships and manage competing priorities.
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check and driver’s license; willingness to Police Check.

Responsabilidades

• Lead practitioners delivering screening, triage, assessment and referrals.
• Provide case allocation, supervision and performance oversight.
• Coordinate rosters, staffing and resources; monitor service performance.
