The Team Leader, Business Analyst Practice, is responsible for leading and coordinating the successful delivery of the IT roadmap through the application of effective and fit-for-purpose business analysis methodologies. This leadership role oversees the Business Analyst Centre of Excellence (CoE), managing day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and performance reporting to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Over time, the Team Leader will drive continuous improvement within the practice by enhancing team capability, refining tools and techniques, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and professional growth.
