About the Role

The Teachers’ Assistant supports teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences and assisting students to achieve their educational goals. This role is particularly suited to someone who is passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs and who views their work as a ministry and calling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting students with additional learning needs
• Working collaboratively under the direction of classroom teachers
• Assisting in implementing adjustments and accommodations for students
• Encouraging student engagement and participation in learning
• Building positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Contributing to the Christian life and culture of the school

• Hold teaching support qualifications or training (advantageous but not essential)
