Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher at Amberton Beach on a full-time basis. You will plan and deliver high-quality educational programs supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, engaging environment.

You will deliver EYLF-aligned experiences, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with colleagues to sustain a reflective team culture while upholding Busy Bees’ Bee Safe commitment and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education is required or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW, VIC, SA or ability to obtain.
• Experience in Australian early childhood settings is highly regarded.
• Current Working with Children Check for WA is required.
• Passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) | $45.80 – $58.94 per hour| Amberton Beach

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees at Amberton Beach, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for [NSW, VIC, SA, WA] or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
• Current Working with Children Check for WA
• A genuine passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth
