The Role

This is a permanent, full-time position, commencing on 18 January 2027. You will teach Mathematics to engaged students across the Senior School, helping them build confidence, think critically and develop a lasting appreciation for the subject.

We’re looking for a Mathematics teacher who:

Has experience teaching Mathematics across Years 7 - 12, and a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA syllabuses.

Inspires girls to approach Mathematics with curiosity, confidence and persistence.

Adapts their teaching to support students at different levels and extend those ready for greater challenge.

Builds positive relationships and creates an inclusive classroom where students feel confident asking questions and tackling unfamiliar problems.

Collaborate with colleagues, reflect on their practice and contribute fresh ideas to Mathematics teaching.

Hold current Queensland College of Teacher registration and relevant tertiary qualifications.
