Job summary

Holmesglen Institute is seeking a qualified trainer to join the Electrical Department at Moorabbin campus. You will deliver pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship training in Certificate II and III Electrotechnology, using modern facilities and hands-on teaching to prepare students for success in the electrical industry.

To be successful you will hold a Certificate III in Electrotechnology and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or be willing to obtain it, plus current industry

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology (or higher) and relevant industry experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain.
• Current industry licences/registrations where required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sharing your knowledge.
• Working with Children Check and Police Check (or ability to obtain).

The Opportunity:

• Full-Time 1.0 EFT | Ongoing contract of employment
• TL $90,879 - $128,887 per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
• Moorabbin Campus - onsite parking with close proximity to public transport
