We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Support Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Gwynne Park Education Support Centre (ESC) shares a campus with Gwynne Park Primary School, located in the Armadale suburb of Brookdale. At our school, everyone is welcome! We embrace our unique students and are focussed on working collaboratively with our families, to foster academic success.

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated educators who use explicit teaching strategies and excel in positive behaviour support to boost student learning and wellbeing and make a difference in students’ lives.

Suitable applicants will ideally be flexible, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and show a commitment to professional growth and collaborative team planning. You should be adept at self-reflection and continuously seeking ways to enhance your teaching practices. Experience with a range of disabilities and effective strategies for supporting individual development, PBS (Positive Behaviour Supports) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is highly valued.
