Darling Range SC, an Independent Public School, is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Digital Technologies Teacher who can inspire students to engage in curriculum, strive for excellence and is proactive in improving student outcomes.

The successful applicant should possess excellent interpersonal skills an ability to provide students with the highest quality curriculum delivery and programs within the Digital Technologies learning area.

They will ideally have previous experience as a teacher in the Senior School, as well as being flexible and adaptive to apply the strategies of differentiated instruction and explicit teaching. An ability to teach in other learning areas will be highly regarded.

A major focus of the College is also the implementation of Explicit Instruction (EI) across all learning areas. Experience using EI in the classroom is not a prerequisite for this position, but the successful applicant will ideally display a willingness to incorporate this into their teaching practice. Knowledge or completion of Classroom Management Strategies (CMS) and Instructional Strategies (IS) professional workshops would also be highly desirable.
