Salary: Teacher, $85,610 - $124,046 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Design Technologies teacher to join the Technologies team, delivering high-quality and engaging curriculum in our facilities. You should be able to teach from Year 7 through to Year 12 Design and Technology and be knowledgeable of the Western Australian Curriculum. You will deliver a differentiated curriculum to meet the needs of all students and aspire to academic excellence and high-quality teaching and learning.

You will ideally be a conscientious, flexible and innovative teacher committed to the development of the whole student, actively involved within the school and wider community, and reflective of your teaching practices with evidence-based decision making and differentiation.

The successful applicant will ideally have knowledge and experience to develop and implement engaging secondary school programs in Years 7 to 12 Technology – Engineering including Woodwork and Metalwork contexts. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are expected to promote the school’s values and priorities and to build positive relationships with students.
