About the role
We invite passionate educators at every stage of their career to join our vibrant community of dedicated teachers.
At MacKillop, our Business Management Teachers inspire students to explore the dynamic world of business, developing their understanding of how organisations operate, make decisions and respond to an ever-changing business environment. Through the study of key business concepts, students investigate entrepreneurship, exploring how business ideas are generated, developed and transformed into viable opportunities.
Our Business Management curriculum encourages students to investigate the relationship between the internal and external environments of a business and how these influence planning, decision-making and business success. Through engaging learning experiences, students develop the ability to analyse business information, evaluate management decisions and consider the challenges and opportunities facing contemporary organisations. By connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world business examples and current issues, students build valuable skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and commercial awareness.
At MacKillop, our talented educators are committed to preparing students for life beyond school through an engaging academic and behavioural curriculum that fosters knowledge, practical skills, creativity, independence and a strong sense of responsibility.
