Responsibilities

Research and interpret legislation and regulatory requirements, particularly in tax and dispute-related matters.
Assist with regulatory analysis and governance, risk and control frameworks.
Support due diligence on transactions identifying legal, tax and regulatory risks.
Provide legal insights to advisory, transformation or dispute-related projects.
