Job summary

KPMG Australia welcomes graduates to its 18‑month Tax Rotation Program within the Graduate pathway. You will research tax legislation, analyse cross-border rules, and support compliance and reporting while contributing insights for clients.

Start in February 2027 in a full‑time, ongoing graduate role. The program offers targeted coaching, real client work from day one and broad exposure across tax teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate-friendly entry with focus on tax analytics or compliance.
• Exposure to tax legislation and cross-border tax matters preferred.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Researching and interpreting tax legislation
• Analysing international tax rules and cross-border implications
• Supporting tax compliance, advisory or reporting activities
• Assisting with due diligence for transactions
• Identifying risks and opportunities in tax processes and controls
• Helping prepare advice, recommendations and insights for clients
