Job summary

Practicepeople is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer (5+ PAE) in West Perth, WA to work with business owners and private clients on complex, commercially focused tax matters. The role offers high‑quality advisory work and collaboration across corporate, private client and disputes teams.

You will advise SME clients on structuring, transactions and asset protection, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, and help grow a specialist tax and advisory practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PAE in tax with experience advising private clients, SMEs or closely held businesses.
• Strong technical capability, commercial judgement and the ability to provide clear, practical advice on complex tax issues.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
