Job description

This is a great opportunity for an Associate with around 2–4 years’ experience to join one of Australia’s most highly regarded Tax practices — recently recognised as Tax Team of the Year and consistently ranked Tier 1 by legal directories.

You’ll advise on complex, high‑value taxation matters spanning both public and private transactions, significant ATO audits and disputes, and tax structuring for private groups and high‑net‑worth individuals. The work is deeply strategic and intellectually challenging, combining commercial tax advice with the technical precision required for intricate corporate and trust structures.

This is a collaborative, multi‑partner team known for its technical excellence, intellectual rigour, and close client relationships. You’ll work closely with nationally recognised Partners known for their depth of expertise and practical, commercial approach. The structure of the group means you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of matters and develop a well‑rounded understanding of both advisory and contentious tax work.
