Job summary

Moore Australia (WA) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Support Officer to provide administrative, compliance and client service support to our Tax and Business Advisory team. You will work closely with Partners, Associate Directors and Accountants to help deliver high-quality client outcomes while meeting deadlines.

You will coordinate communications between clients, the ATO and internal stakeholders, assist with document handling, digital signing, tax reporting and cloud accounting setups

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience as a high-level Administrator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative by nature with ability to build relationships across the Firm.
• High level of drive, integrity and organisational capability.
• Current national police clearance (issued within the last six months) and Australian citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between clients, the ATO and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate client documentation, including digital signing and compliance requirements.
• Support tax reporting, lodgement processes and monitor deadlines.
• Assist with setup and administration of cloud accounting platforms (Xero, MYOB).
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications.
• Coordinate tenders and proposals to meet standards and deadlines.
• Arrange meetings, workshops and client-facing activities.
• Support invoicing and day-to-day administrative processes.
