Private Advertiser in Melbourne is seeking a seasoned Business Services & Tax Manager to lead taxation, accounting and advisory work for clients across Australia. You will mix technical accounting with client advisory, mentoring and cross-jurisdiction coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Services experience and analytical skills.
• Accounting degree and CA qualification.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, BAS/IAS, FBT and payroll tax returns
• Deliver tax planning and business advice using financial and non-financial performance information
• Build client relationships through responsive service and quality delivery
• Identify additional client needs and opportunities to introduce the firm's services
• Train and mentor team members to develop their technical knowledge
• Coordinate teams across jurisdictions and collaborate with other specialists
