Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years tax experience from public practice or industry.
• Knowledge of Australian and USA tax laws, regulations and reporting requirements.
• SAP experience is desirable and important for role.
• Degree or certification in tax, business, law or related field.

Aufgaben

• Prepare tax effect accounting calculations and disclosures in US GAAP financial statements.
• Assist with Australian and US tax laws, regulations and reporting requirements (income tax, GST, FBT, payroll tax, indirect taxes).
• Support Tax Manager with audits and inquiries from regulatory authorities.
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
• Review royalty returns and deductions; conduct tax research and impact analyses.
• Maintain tax risk registers and internal controls; prepare BAS workpapers and GST reconciliations.
• Develop relationships with external auditors, tax authorities and JV partners.
