Job summary

Qualifications

• Pre-employment checks include Violent offences, Sex offences, Serious drug offences, and Dishonesty checks.
• Current Tasmanian Working with Children Registration and First Aid Certificate required/essential.
• Current Driver Licence and compliance with Sport Integrity Australia modules.

Responsibilities

• Advise, assist and monitor high-performance athletes' training objectives per national guidelines.
• Collaborate with Athletics Australia's High-Performance Systems and Coaching departments.
• Establish relationships with athletes and coaches, guiding training plans and long-term goals.
• Coordinate with member associations and NASS athletes within the PTP program.
• Attend competitions, track athlete performances and rankings; manage program resources and budget.
