Maincode in Melbourne is seeking a candidate to run the technical screen for engineering applicants and to build screening tooling and dashboards that convert hundreds of applications into a few strong hires.

You will work closely with our talent and engineering teams, calibrating with engineers running later rounds, while maintaining precision in language and a genuine curiosity about people.

Competenze

• Studied computer science or have equivalent experience.
• Interested in both people and tech.
• Can code by hand well enough to build real tools, but not focusing on production engineering.

• Screen engineering candidates and produce reads the team hires from; automated and built into systems you design.
• Design and build talent systems and tooling.
